    Job Description 
    We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude. Someone teachable, has initiative. Operations Assistants are delegated changing responsibilities, and are expected to deliver results as prescribed by clients and supervisors.

    The Operations Assistant coordinates with managers, supervisors, and staff, to ensure efficient operations. Candidates should be able to perform a variety of tasks, including technical, business, and creative writing; content moderation, customer support, research, and reports.

      • Reports directly to the Operations Supervisor
      • Possesses leadership qualities, experience in leading teams a plus
      • Meets account requirements and KPIs
      • Augments accounts as needed (fills in for role vacancies caused by absences or attrition)
      • Assists in facilitating/coordinating day-to-day operations

    Job Description

      • Performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
      • Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans
      • Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
      • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
      • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
      • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
      • Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
      • Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
      • Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
